As the new Chief Executive Officer of Arnold Worldwide, a global advertising agency based in Downtown Crossing, Smith is writing a new story for the iconic brand. In its 73-year history, Arnold has produced some of the most widely recognized campaigns for brands like Jack Daniel’s, Volkswagen, Ocean Spray, Progressive and Santander. 

And while many of the nation’s sought-after brands have headquarters just steps away, Arnold is competing for their work with agencies in other metro-cities, including NYC. Smith is passionate about keeping businesses, and their advertising work, in Boston and creating opportunities for the region’s talent to stay and build their careers in our city.
