Kelly Heath joined Gupta Media in March 2020 as Head of People, leading the initial shift to remote work, and then driving their full reopening of the Boston office in June 2021. Her focus is on building great teams within a culture that inspires the creative process and drives financial growth for both clients and agency by attracting, developing, and retaining the very best in their field.
Prior to Gupta Media, Kelly spent 22 years as a Partner with Tank Design, building its project management and production teams then shifting into operations to strategically scale and staff for their growing Boston and San Francisco studios.
A graduate of Boston College, she lives in Swampscott MA with her husband and 3 children, except on winter weekends where you'll find them all on the slopes of Sunday River, Maine.

Eran founded ELEMENT in 1998 and grew it into New England’s largest and most decorated independent full-service video production, post- production, and integrated video content companies.
