Diane K. Green is a C-Suite executive, leader and global manager with extensive and diverse industry experience inclusive of financial services, insurance, marketing, manufacturing, IT and legal. As a business strategist, she creates and manages profitable ventures, consistently gaining the full confidence and support of the CEO, President and Board of Directors. Throughout her entire career, Diane has built a broad and diverse network of company leaders. She has utilized this network to strengthen existing companies while building relationships. In addition, this has enabled her to strategically hire employees and consultants. In her current role, she is the COO of Havens & Company, Inc., reporting and interacting directly to the President and the Board of Directors. With Fortune 1000 clients, she is the face of Havens & Company, representing them throughout the U.S. at conferences/events. Diane oversees accounting, IT, HR, legal, tax and treasury functions.
