2023 Women's Network | Leadership Across Generations

Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z are coexisting in the workplace, enriching and adding complexities to cultures. Recognizing that women from all generations and backgrounds strengthen business outcomes and build better workplace cultures, we should celebrate the diversity of experiences that will drive successful careers and lives. As the Women’s Network prepares to celebrate its 30th Anniversary, hear from our past Pinnacle Award honorees, Jennifer Harrington, Devanshi Purohit, Arlene Fortunato, and Sava Berhané, who will offer insight into their careers and how the leadership landscape has and has not changed for women over the past three decades. These leaders will also discuss how organizations can foster unique collaboration among employees from diverse age groups.
