2024 City Awake: Words of Wisdom ft. Jane Steinmetz

Named one of the most influential Bostonians in 2023, Jane Steinmetz is the first, and still the only, woman to lead one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. As the managing principal of the Ernst & Young (EY) Boston office, Jane brings over 25 years of experience serving Fortune 100 clients, leading high-performing teams, and advocating for change in local legislature.   

Her commitment to personally making a difference in women's advancement and youth mentoring is seen through her active involvement on several boards – Boys & Girls Club of Boston and United Way of Massachusetts Bay & Merrimack Valley – to name a few.
