Event Description:
Join members of the Massachusetts Apprentice Network for an engaging virtual panel discussion that will provide insights into how employers can enhance their apprenticeship programs to better serve talent from all communities and backgrounds.
All three panelists have extensive experience working with diverse students and jobseekers, understanding the assets they have and the challenges they face, and preparing them for success with the employers that hire them. Employers will leave with the session with action steps they can take to set their apprentices up for success, fully embrace their talents, and retain them for the long term.
