This workshop on the newly-opened top floor of Google Cambridge is for you!
Per Scholas Greater Boston, in partnership with Diverse by Design and Opportunity@Work, invites tech and HR leaders, tech hiring managers, and DEIB advocates to a half-day workshop on actionable steps for diversifying tech candidate pools through removing college degree requirements and intentionally hiring STARs (individuals Skilled Through Alternative Routes). You'll hear from local tech leaders who have taken this approach and also walk away with concrete strategies you can immediately deploy within your organization.
