TSNE What’s Next Leadership Transition 2026 Cohort What’s Next is TSNE’s cohort-based program for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs who want to plan proactively for leadership transition. Through facilitated sessions and two in-person retreats, participants develop a clear transition roadmap while connecting with peers navigating similar questions. If leadership transition is somewhere on your horizon, this is an opportunity to approach it intentionally and in community. The deadline to apply is March 9!
