We are more than a cannabis company- we are a community cannabis company. We believe in bringing the community together and supporting cannabis entrepreneurs and social equity advocates across Massachusetts. We are industry advocates who support our neighbors and community members to ensure that everyone benefits from the industry. We provide training and mentorship for community-owned and operated businesses as well as those seeking careers in the cannabis industry. We understand that there are barriers to entering the cannabis industry. We work directly with those who have been impacted by the War on Drugs to share industry opportunities and then we work hard to lower those barriers to create successful outcomes. Sira Community is the cultivation of our cannabis industry leadership to benefit the larger, and underserved, communities in Massachusetts.

Through our Accelerator program we educate and engage a new generation of cannabis entrepreneurs. We believe in leveling the playing field for disproportionately impacted communities and giving priority status to economic empowerment and social equity applicants, as well as women, minority and veteran-owned businesses. Sira and our partner network provide business mentoring, advisory services, and the ability to leverage our manufacturing, retail and wholesale distribution network to benefit empowerment businesses.
